Custom Orders & Engraving (Final Sale)

All custom engraved or personalized items are final sale.

By placing an order with custom engraving, you agree that:

  • All submitted text, spelling, and design details are accurate and final
  • You have reviewed and approved all customization details before purchase

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer-submitted errors (spelling, formatting, wording)
  • Design preferences after production has started or completed

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for custom items unless defective.

Product Variation & Manufacturing Characteristics

Our products are created using 3D printing, natural materials, and hand-assembled components.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Visible layer lines, surface texture, or minor imperfections may be present
  • Color tone, finish, and material appearance may vary between products
  • Leather may show natural grain, marks, or variation
  • Engraving depth and appearance may vary based on material and surface

These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.

We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a defect versus normal variation.

Product Use & Responsibility

Custom engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
