All BFF products are made to order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

This production window allows us to 3D print, assemble, inspect, and finish each item to our standards.

Orders with custom engraving may require additional time depending on complexity.

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Most orders are delivered within:

1–2 weeks from the order date

This includes both production and shipping time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays can occasionally happen due to:

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
