Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We stand behind the quality of every BFF product. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Because many of our items are made to order, including custom engraved products, please review the details below before placing your order.


Returns (Non-Custom Items)

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Custom Engraved Products (Important)

All custom engraved items are final sale.

Because these products are personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect spelling, wording, or design submitted by the customer
  • Change of mind after production has started or completed

Please double-check all engraving details before placing your order.


Product Variation & Material Characteristics (Important)

Our products are made using 3D printing, natural materials, and hand-assembled components.

Because of this, you may notice slight variations, including:

  • Visible layer lines or minor surface texture from the 3D printing process
  • Small differences in finish or color tone between batches
  • Natural marks, grain, or color variation in leather
  • Minor variation in engraving depth or appearance depending on material

These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Returns or refunds will not be issued for these variations.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion

We will cover any shipping costs related to damaged or defective items.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, production may begin and changes cannot be guaranteed—especially for custom engraved items.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom engraved products
  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Items with natural variation as outlined above
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
